| Hmm, so now it sort of looks more like the other instruments interfaces is what I take from the videos I watched. I still don't know if I want to blow $150 to update for Battery 4, The Giant (not sure if that was in K8 or not....), some compressor/FX stuff and Monark....I have spent enough on stuff I have not even begun to sit down and work with (much).....

| Dang... It took 'em long enough.. It does look nice though. i'll probably upgrade in a month or so... Just bought the Arturia V-collection, so i've been playing around with Spark VDM a lot. That and the Addictive Reel machines have been getting most of my attention lately. |

| They seem to be focusing it a little more also, no new acoustic kits were added that I can see, so all of the new kits are mostly focused on electronic music. I suspect this is because they rely on Kontakt (Abbey Roads 60s/70s/80/s drums and studio drummer) for their more realistic emulations. I will say that it's much easier to use, the routing is great and it's quite quick to set up a good kit. I've always used Battery to build kits mostly anyhow... The new look is pretty snazzy also, like was mentioned, more in line with the rest of the Komplete line up. |

No Presonus is being(restraint) <sorry about this! Battery would accept it, but Presonus only has it implemented for their Sample one and Impact plugs only.. This is something that really bothers me about Studio One, it's supposed to be drag n drop everything.. They need to support 3rd party stuff, why because it's better.. |
Software:S1v2 Pro Tools 10/Logic 9/Cubase 7- Awaiting Bitwig Studio, got a few synths.. Hardware: Mac/Pc: Nektar P6,Maschine |

Thanks for the answer. If that's true – than BIG for supporting 3rd party drag n drop! |

I think you mean a big as Presonus does not support 3rd party drag n drop from their arrangement, only from the browser.. They only support it natively (their own stuff).. I as well as many others are awaiting the day to give them the big |
